Our leadership team is regularly reviewing updates and recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) as well as state and local health departments to protect our team members and partners to the greatest extent possible. The health and well being of the pet industry is paramount to keeping vital food & supplies flowing to Pet Parents across the country.

In order for Phillips to help safeguard all involved, we are taking a proactive approach to reduce the probability of any level of infection or community spread. The following actions are being implemented in an abundance of caution to protect our employees, you and your team, and all of our families, effective immediately.

Alternative Delivery Solutions

  • Deliveries are drop off only – we will place product inside the entrance or designated delivery point without blocking means of egress. Our drivers will not enter the store, touch any furniture or fixtures in the store, or stock store shelves
  • If store personnel are not available at the time of delivery (due to store hour changes or otherwise), they will continue on their route and return any undelivered product to the warehouse.
  • We have discontinued use of electronic signatures.
  • Our Drivers have been instructed whenever possible to maintain 6 feet of distance at all times.  This is in order to protect everyone.
