The Coronavirus, or COVID-19, is a rapidly evolving situation that Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is monitoring very closely. We currently are not seeing any changes in product availability stemming directly from COVID-19 and we do not anticipate any changes in our ability to deliver you the products, that you need, when you need them. 
 
As a company, we are following updates from the CDC while actively driving awareness with our employees to mitigate any risks of this virus impacting our business continuity including:

  • Emphasizing respiratory and hand hygiene by all employees
  • Increased cleaning/sanitizing frequency of facilities
  • Restricting visitor access to confined areas within offices and distribution centers
  • Requiring sick employees to stay home

We have also developed contingency plans for our departments and Distribution Centers that would enable us to quickly pivot to an alternative plan of service should one of our locations be impacted by this virus. Our broad footprint and variety of distribution centers across the nation provides us the flexibility to ensure that you do not have disruption to your business.
